Ingredients
• 200gr fine corn flour
• 150gr self raising white flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 small onion
• 50gr sunflower margarine
• 400gr soy yogurt
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
• Wisk together the soy yogurt, sunflower margarine and apple cider vinegar.
• Mix all dry ingredients together (cornmeal, flour, baking powder, chopped onion and salt) and stir until well combined.
• Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
• Transfer the batter into a baking pan or dish.
• Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 - 35 minutes or until golden and well cooked in the middle.
• Serve with a warm soup and enjoy it!
